This delightful property of approx 109m2 is located within the Alpujarran village of Alfornon which is a picturesque village nestled in the heart of Las Alpujarras, a mountainous region in Andalusia, Spain. It's characterized by its rustic charm, quiet atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The village is known for its narrow cobblestone streets, white-washed houses, and surrounding fields of olives, almonds, figs, and vines. Alfronon is at an altitude of approx 881 m. (2890 ft) & has approx 150 inhabitants. Although a small village they have several Fiestas; one on the 16th January to celebrate Saint Antón & another on the 25th April to celebrate Saint Marco, a cultural day near the end of April & a larger fiesta on the 16th & 17th of August to celebrate Saint Roque, so there is plenty to keep you entertained. The village has a small shop for everyday amenities & a doctors surgery. From the street level there is a wrought iron gate that leads to the front patio of the property which is surrounded by a garden area making it very secluded. From this front patio there is access to each side of this detached property & its gardens. On entering the property itself one finds a spacious lounge/dining room with a fireplace & wood burner.
