This beautiful authentic cortijo has a lovely patio, filled with colorful flowers and plants, providing you refreshing shade during hot days. It is the center of the cortijo that gives you access to all the different parts of the house, offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining and seating room and access to a terrace with stunning views on the olive yards all around the house. The owner loves to paint and has a big workshop which could be used as hobby or sports room. The cortijo is also used as a yoga retreat and has a spacious room inside and several terraces outside. There is a lovely garden all around the house with numerous flowers, plants and trees. There are about 100 olive trees and other fruit trees such as pears, peaches, pomegranates, figs, oranges, lemons, apples, almonds, etc etc… In the natural pool, you can take a refreshing dive and swim surrounded by lilies and other plants. The house exposes peace, tranquility and beauty at an exceptional location. Old features such as the authentic wooden doors, windows and beams have been preserved. The house has mains water and electricity, and 18 solar panels. Two woodburners will heat the house, in combination with some split airco’s. Several outbuildings provide you extra storage. The house still has its Tourists license. The cortijo is on a plot of about 8.000 m2 with mainly olive and fruit trees and has lovely views on the surroundings. It is a quiet and private location, can be reached by a 1.5 km off-road and is only 15 minutes away from the white village of Algarinejo which boasts some of the finest restaurants in the area as well as shops, banks and a supermarket. The highest peak of La Tiñosa can be seen from the house. In the other direction, a 25 minutes drive will bring you to the beautifull village of Iznajar, built on a rock overlooking the biggest lake of Andalusia. The
